Peanut Butter & Honey Crispy Bars
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Mānuka honey
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
1 cup rice puff cereal (or crushed rice cake)
Instructions:
Mix the nut butter and Mānuka honey, pour in your rice puffs and add the mixture to a loaf pan. Top with melted chocolate, your favorite dried fruit and flaky sea salt.
Freeze, cut into bars and enjoy (with a little extra honey ofc)!

1 cup milk (I use raw milk, but feel free
to sub for a milk of your choice)
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp hearts

1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Once processed (which generally takes 1 day) your order will be with you in approximately 3-5 days.

Nature's raw Mānuka honey is known for its delightful variability, but our traditional harvest and creaming process ensures that every jar arrives at your doorstep with a lusciously creamy texture. We stand behind the quality of our super honey, so if it doesn't meet our creamy caramel standard, we'll happily replace it.
Can I adjust my subscription through my portal?
You can make any changes on our very user friendly portal without having to contact customer service. It is designed to provide maximum flexibility for easily changing your delivery timeframes, products, skipping, pausing and canceling.
How can I cancel my subscription if I don't want it anymore?
You can easily cancel your subscription through your subscription portal, or by reaching out to customer service if you prefer. Your subscription will be instantly canceled. Any orders placed prior to cancellation will continue to ship but you will receive no more orders following cancellation. If you just wish to delay, rather than cancel, you will also have the option to skip, pause or adjust your order.
What is MGO? What do the numbers mean?
Methylglyoxal (MGO) is the unique naturally occurring antibacterial properties in Mānuka honey. A higher MGO value indicates higher antibacterial activity, it also indicates higher levels of other active, beneficial compounds in the Mānuka honey.In simple terms, the higher the MGO, the more potent the honey is.
How is it different to local honey?
While we wholeheartedly support the wonders of local honey and its array of benefits, Mānuka honey stands in a league of its own. Produced exclusively in the remote Manuka tea tree forests of New Zealand, it boasts exceptional levels of bioactive properties, such as MGO, Leptosperin, and oligosaccharides that are not found in other honey types.
How do I use it?
There are many different ways to enjoy our creamy caramel Mānuka honey. Our favorite is to have it straight from the spoon or stick and let it slowly drizzle down your throat. It can also be added to food or beverage (e.g. coffee, tea, smoothies, yogurt, pancakes, dressings etc.).
How much can I take?
1-3 heaped teaspoons daily. It is perfectly fine to eat more as you see fit, especially when using Mānuka as an alternative to refined sugar in your diet!
