Terms & Conditions
Manukora UK Terms of Service (Terms of Sale)
Last updated: 3 October 2025
Welcome to Manukora Limited (“Manukora”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms set out the terms on which we supply products to you when you purchase via our UK website or related online services (the “Site”).
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
These Terms are governed by UK law applicable to consumer online sales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Contact: hello@manukora.co.uk
1. Who we are
We manufacture and sell honey products. Our Site is intended for customers in the United Kingdom. If you order for delivery outside the UK, different duties/taxes and import rules may apply (see Section 8).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
3. Your account
You may checkout as a guest or create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Our contract with you
-
Product listings are an invitation to treat. By clicking “Place Order” you make an offer to buy.
-
We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email or when we dispatch the product(s), at which point a contract is formed for the items confirmed/dispatching.
5. Prices, taxes and promotions
-
Prices shown on the UK Site are in GBP and include VAT (unless we say otherwise at checkout).
-
Delivery costs are shown at checkout and may vary by order value/location.
-
We may change prices or run promotions from time to time. Price changes won’t affect orders already accepted.
-
Discount codes/gift cards must be applied at checkout and can’t be exchanged for cash or used after expiry. One code per order unless we state otherwise.
6. Payment
-
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards and other providers offered via our payment gateway).
-
Payment is taken when you place your order (or, for subscriptions if offered, in accordance with your subscription schedule).
-
If your payment fails, we may cancel your order.
7. Delivery
-
We’ll deliver to the address you provide at checkout using the delivery option you choose. Please check your address carefully; you’re responsible for parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address (re-delivery charges may apply).
-
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates. We’ll keep you informed if we expect a material delay.
-
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment.
8. International orders (if enabled)
If you order to a country outside the UK:
-
You are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or import restrictions.
-
Some countries restrict honey imports. Please check local rules before ordering. We’re not liable for orders detained or refused by customs.
9. Your 14-day right to cancel (UK consumers)
For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the products, and receive a refund.
How to cancel:
Email hello@manukora.co.uk with your order number, items you wish to cancel, and your name/address. You can also use the model cancellation form at Section 18 (not required).
Returns:
-
Send the products back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling.
-
Products should be returned unused and in their original, sealed packaging where reasonably possible.
-
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, misdescribed, or we agree otherwise.
Refunds:
-
We’ll refund the price you paid (including the standard delivery cost, if any) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items or evidence you’ve sent them back, whichever is earliest.
-
We may make a deduction for loss in value if items were handled beyond what’s necessary to check them.
Exceptions:
-
The legal right to cancel does not apply to products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes once unsealed.
This Section 9 does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Faulty or misdescribed products
You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty or not as described. Contact hello@manukora.co.uk and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We’ll cover reasonable return costs for faulty items.
11. Subscriptions (if offered)
If you purchase a subscription:
-
Billing recurs at the interval you select until you cancel.
-
You may pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date via your account/links in our emails.
-
Price or terms changes will be notified in advance and will apply to future cycles.
12. Reviews and user content
If you post reviews or other content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our products and marketing. Please post only content you own and that is lawful, accurate and not misleading. We may remove content that breaches these standards.
13. Restrictions
Please don’t misuse the Site (e.g., introduce viruses, attempt to access unauthorised areas, or use the Site for fraudulent purposes). We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers or business.
14. Our responsibility to you (liability)
-
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your statutory rights under consumer law.
-
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence.
-
We are not responsible for: loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption, or any losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when the contract was formed.
-
Except as set out above, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your order will not exceed the price paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Your legal rights are not affected.
15. Events outside our control
We’re not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, transport disruptions, epidemics, governmental action). If this happens, we’ll take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you updated.
16. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in our Site and products (including branding, text, graphics, and packaging designs) is owned by or licensed to us. You must not use our IP without our written permission.
