All Manukora honey is ethically harvested in New Zealand, and third-party tested for purity, potency and traceability.

Size & Serving Information: 225g Jar, approximately 16 heaped teaspoons (14g) or 32 level teaspoons (7g).

A heaped teaspoon is the perfect serving. Enjoy it straight from the spoon, stir it into your morning drink, or spoon it over yogurt, porridge or toast.

Tip: Warm, not boiling — very hot liquid will thin the texture and mute the caramel flavour.
